he test cuisine is the heart of the branch of Nowalijka Convenience Food. In its interior all dishes that you taste have their beginning, and the chef Adrian Gawroński is responsible for them.
The recipes are first created in Adrian's head. He constantly looks for inspiration. He finds it in the world outside, travel blogs and the best local products that surround him. In the test cuisine ideas and thoughts descend into ready products. We do not use ready mixtures of spices, our chef selects compositions of spices on his own, according to his knowledge and experience. Unsual taste combinations result in the fact that in our cusisine absolutely extraordinary dishes are created and they stand out among others.
The test cuisine is not only a place for tests for new products but also space in which a sensory team analyses ready dishes and taste new raw materials which we want to use in the production. All the products are analysed and assessed whether they comply with the quality requirements and standards we apply.
The test cuisine is not exclusively a field to work on new products. We willingly invite companies with which we cooperate or run training courses for our personnel. The workshops in Asian and Italian cuisine have already taken place and there have been presentations made by different companies producing food.
We have had pleasure to host Mikołaj Rey, Tomasz Karolak, chef of the cuisine of Jarosław Uściński or Tomasz Królikowski, often cooking in „Pytanie na Śniadanie” [„Query for Breakfast”] Our test cuisine is both a workplace and space to get to know new tastes, inspiring people, or for fruitful meetings.
